CEMC announces deputy general director departure as contract expires

Central Area Electrical Mechanical Joint Stock Company (CEMC) has dismissed Ngo Han from his position as deputy general director, effective December 15, 2025. This decision was made by the board of directors, as stated in Resolution No. 672/NQ-HĐQT dated December 15, 2025. The reason for the dismissal is the expiration of Ngo Han's employment contract.

A ballot was held among the board of directors on December 15, 2025, where all five members unanimously voted to approve the dismissal, achieving a 100% consensus. Ngo Han is required to hand over all managed equipment, ongoing work, and related documents to the board of general directors, and settle any outstanding debts with internal and external parties.
