Asia - Pacific Securities appoints new chief accountant

The Board of Directors of Asia - Pacific Securities Joint Stock Company (APS) has officially appointed Ms. Dau Thi Thao as the new chief accountant. This decision was formalized by Resolution No. 12/2025/NQ-HDQT, dated December 18, 2025. Ms. Dau Thi Thao, born on August 1, 1993, will assume her new role starting December 18, 2025.

Prior to her appointment as chief accountant, Ms. Thao served as an internal control specialist within the company. In her new capacity, she will be responsible for all financial and accounting operations, reporting directly to the board of directors and the general director. This appointment aligns with the company's internal regulations and the Law on Accounting.

The personnel change was publicly announced on December 19, 2025, via the company's website, apecs.com.vn, and communicated to the Vietnam Exchange, Hanoi Stock Exchange, and the State Securities Commission. The announcement also confirms that Ms. Nguyen Duc Quan holds the position of general director.
