Sametel corporation announces headquarters relocation to Hanoi

Sametel Corporation (HNX:SMT) has informed the Hanoi and Vietnam Stock Exchanges of a change to its business registration certificate, dated December 15, 2025. The amendment, issued by the Hanoi Department of Finance, confirms the relocation of the company’s headquarters.

Effective December 15, 2025, Sametel Corporation’s new head office will be located at Floor 9, Thien Nien Ky Tower, No. 4 Quang Trung Street, Ha Dong Ward, Hanoi City, Vietnam. This marks a shift from its previous address in Long Thanh Industrial Park, Street No. 1, An Phuoc Commune, Dong Nai Province. The company's registered capital remains VND 65,607,390,000, comprising 6,560,739 shares with a par value of VND 10,000 per share.

The change was officially registered on December 16, 2025, with the announcement published on the company's website on December 17, 2025. Vu Thi Phuong continues as the general director and legal representative. All contact details, including phone (0366 895 679) and email (cbtt@sametel.com.vn), remain unchanged.
