Sa Giang appoints Nguyen Ngoc Huyen Trang as new chief accountant

Sa Giang Import Export Corporation (HNX:SGC) has officially announced the appointment of Nguyen Ngoc Huyen Trang as its new chief accountant. The decision, outlined in Resolution No. 08/2025/QĐ-HĐQT dated December 15, 2025, by the board of directors, signifies a significant personnel change for the company. Trang, born on February 20, 1980, will serve a three-year term, effective from December 15, 2025.

The appointment aligns with the company's internal regulations, including Enterprise Law No. 59/2020/QH14 and the charter approved by shareholders on May 11, 2023. Trang's duties and responsibilities will be assigned and delegated by the general director, and her salary and other benefits will be paid in accordance with the corporation's regulations.

The decision is effective immediately upon signing. The announcement was made by Nguyen Van Kiem, chairman of the board of directors, in Sa Dec, on December 15, 2025.
