Petrovietnam Power Services board to see leadership change

Petrovietnam Power Services JSC (PPS) has announced a proposal to its General Meeting of Shareholders regarding a change in its board of directors. The proposal includes the dismissal of Mr. Bùi Duy Nhị from his position as a board member and chairman, effective January 1, 2026, due to retirement. Mr. Nhị holds a bachelor's degree in labor economics and a master's degree in economics.

Concurrently, the board of directors proposes the nomination of Mr. Phùng Văn Đức to join the board and serve as chairman, effective January 1, 2026. Mr. Đức is a water resources engineer with a master's degree in engineering and currently serves as deputy general director of PPS. This leadership transition aims to ensure continuity and fresh perspectives on the board.
