Global Pacific board approves related-party vessel management deal

Global Pacific Shipping JSC (PCT) announced that its board of directors, in a resolution dated December 17, 2025, has approved a related-party transaction. The transaction involves a vessel management contract between Global Pacific and Ocean Express Shipping Co., Ltd. Ocean Express Shipping is headquartered at 4th Floor, Anh Minh Building, 36 Hoang Cau Street, O Cho Dua Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi.

The board’s decision, formalized in Resolution No. 28/2025/NQ-PCT-HĐQT, follows a proposal from the general director and is based on the Law on Enterprises and the company's internal regulations. The resolution grants the general director, or an authorized representative, the authority to negotiate, sign, and execute the contract, along with any related addendums and documents, ensuring the legal rights and interests of Global Pacific are protected.
