VNECO 3 announces private placement to raise capital

VNECO 3 Electricity Construction JSC announced a private placement of 2,080,290 shares, representing 157.63% of its outstanding shares. Each share will be offered at VND10,000, aiming to raise capital for the company. The offering is open to domestic professional investors, as approved by the general meeting of shareholders on November 5, 2025.

The registration and payment period for the shares will run from December 12, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Shares acquired through this private placement will be subject to a transfer restriction of one year from the completion date of the offering for professional investors, with specific exceptions. Payments are to be made to VNECO 3's account at Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, Vinh branch.

The board of directors will conclude the offering earlier if all investors complete their share purchases before the deadline. This resolution was unanimously approved by the board of directors, as evidenced by the 100% vote in favor during the meeting held on December 11, 2025.
