Viet Nam forestry corporation divests stake in GLN Trung Uong

Viet Nam Forestry Corporation - Joint Stock Company (VIF) officially announced on December 10, 2025, that it is no longer a shareholder of GLN Trung Uong Joint Stock Company. This follows the completion of a share transfer procedure, as confirmed by GLN Trung Uong's board of directors in document number 54/2025/VB-CT dated December 5, 2025.

The transfer involved shares previously held by VIF, which were acquired by Dau tu Phat trien Bat dong san Thanh Vinh Joint Stock Company. The transaction was finalized on December 5, 2025, in accordance with auction share transfer contract number 80/HDCNCP-DTTC, signed on November 26, 2025. As of this date, VIF has ceased all shareholder rights and obligations in GLN Trung Uong.

The GLN Trung Uong board of directors meeting on December 5, 2025, unanimously approved the share transfer and the update of the shareholder register to reflect the new ownership. Luu Duy Hung, director of GLN Trung Uong, has been authorized to complete all necessary changes to shareholder information.
