Portseco Logistics director to boost stake with new share purchase

Mr. Tran Quang Tuan, a member of the board of directors and chief financial officer of Portseco Logistics Joint Stock Company, has registered to purchase an additional 70,000 PRC shares. This transaction, valued at VND 700,000,000, is slated to occur on December 17, 2026. This acquisition is in accordance with Resolution No. 22/2025/NQ-HĐQT dated December 11, 2025, from Portseco Logistics' board of directors, which addresses the handling of remaining shares from a public offering to existing shareholders in 2025 that were not fully subscribed.

Prior to this transaction, Mr. Tuan held 1,294,766 PRC shares, representing 20.88% of Portseco Logistics' charter capital. Following the successful acquisition of the registered shares, his total holdings are projected to increase to 1,364,766 shares, elevating his stake to 22.01% of the company’s charter capital. The shares will be acquired directly from Portseco Logistics Joint Stock Company.
