Hai Phong Electricity Water Machine extends key personnel terms

Hai Phong Electricity Water Machine Assembly Joint Stock Company (DNC) has announced the extension of several key personnel terms, effective from January 1, 2026, for a period of four months, concluding on April 30, 2026. These decisions were made based on Board of Directors Resolutions 22, 23, and 24/QD-HDQT, dated December 15, 2025.

Tran Van Chuyen will continue his role as director of Ecopark Hai Duong Branch. Similarly, Hoang Van Vu's tenure as head of technical and safety department has been extended. Vu Ngoc Dinh will also retain his position as head of technology and customer care department. All three individuals will maintain their current salary and benefits packages.

This announcement, publicly disclosed on DNC's website on December 15, 2025, ensures continuity in leadership across critical operational and customer-facing divisions.
