Bac A Bank to relocate and rename Ha Thanh branch transaction office 23

Bac A Bank (HNX:BAB) announced a change in the headquarters location and name of its Transaction Office No. 23, under the Ha Thanh Branch, effective December 12, 2025. This decision, formalized by Resolution No. 262/2025/QĐ-HĐQT, reflects an operational adjustment approved by the State Bank of Vietnam. The move aims to optimize the bank's network and service offerings, as communicated by vice general director Chu Nguyen Binh.

Transaction Office No. 23, previously located at 395B Quang Trung Street, Kien Hung Ward, Hanoi, will relocate to Villa I-50, Commercial and Residential Center, Ha Dong Ward, Hanoi. Concurrently, its name will change to "Transaction Office To Hieu." This change is effective immediately from the date of the announcement, December 12, 2025.

The bank noted that the information has been publicly disclosed on its official website, www.baca-bank.vn, under the "Investor Relations / Public Information / 2025" section. The board of directors has assigned the general director to oversee the implementation of these changes, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and current legal provisions. All relevant departments and individuals are responsible for executing this decision.
