Ninh Binh phosphate fertilizer appoints new director

Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (HNX:NFC) has announced a significant change in its leadership team, effective December 15, 2025. Phung Quang Trung has been appointed as the new director of Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company. Prior to this appointment, Trung served as the deputy general director of DAP No. 2 - Vinachem Joint Stock Company. His term as director will align with the 2025-2030 director term.

Concurrently, Duong Nhu Duc has been relieved of his duties as director of Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, effective December 15, 2025, following his resignation request. Both personnel changes were approved by the board of directors via resolutions dated December 12, 2025.
