LPBank Ninh Thuan branch head office relocates after State Bank approval

LPBank officially announced on December 12, 2025, that it has received approval from the State Bank of Vietnam, Branch Region 10, for the relocation of its Ninh Thuan branch's head office. This decision was formalized by Official Letter No. 1907/KV10-QLGS1, dated December 8, 2025, issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, Branch Region 10. The approval follows LPBank’s request, detailed in Official Letter No. 706/2025/NT on December 3, 2025, and aligns with Circular No. 32/2024/TT-NHNN governing the operational network of commercial banks.

The current head office of LPBank Ninh Thuan is located at 44 Duong 16 Thang 4, Phan Rang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province. The new approved location will be at 100 Ngo Gia Tu Street, Khu Pho 4, Phan Rang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province. LPBank Ninh Thuan is required to complete all necessary procedures in accordance with Circular No. 32 and other relevant legal provisions pertaining to the change of location.

Furthermore, the State Bank's approval stipulates that LPBank Ninh Thuan must commence operations at the new location within 12 months from the date of the official letter. Failure to do so will result in the automatic expiration of the approval. This information has been publicly disclosed on LPBank's website.
