Ladophar expands business, boosts capital with share offering

Lam Dong Pharmaceutical JSC (Ladophar) held its extraordinary general shareholders' meeting on December 10, 2025, approving the addition of "retail of beverages in specialized stores" (Code 4723) to its business lines, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. This expansion will amend Article 4 of the Company Charter.

Ladophar's charter capital will increase from VND133,381,670,000 to VND187,281,670,000, divided into 18,728,167 shares with a par value of VND10,000 per share. The company also approved a plan to offer 9,364,067 shares to existing shareholders at VND10,000 per share, aiming to raise VND93,640,670,000.

The proceeds from the share offering will primarily fund the completion of the LDP CO2 plant project at Duc Trong (VND90,000,000,000) and supplement business working capital (VND3,640,670,000) for debt repayment and raw material purchases. Shareholders also approved a plan to address accumulated losses using the development investment fund and share premium.
