HocMon Trade announces third 2025 cash dividend advance

HocMon Trade JSC (HOTRACO) announced a cash dividend advance for the third installment of 2025, with a record date set for December 31, 2025. Shareholders will receive a 3% dividend, equivalent to VND 300 per share, based on a par value of VND 10,000 per share. The payment date is scheduled for January 20, 2026.

Shareholders with deposited securities can claim their dividends through their respective depository members. Those with un-deposited securities should complete the necessary procedures at the Finance and Accounting Department of HocMon Trade JSC, located at 25 Ba Trieu, Ward 1, Hoc Mon Town, Ho Chi Minh City, starting January 20, 2026, by presenting their Citizen ID/ID Card or power of attorney.

This announcement follows the approval of the Board of Directors' Resolution 20/2025/NQ-HĐQT on December 9, 2025, which finalized the list of shareholders for the interim cash dividend.
