Gia Dinh Water seeks shareholder approval for board changes

Gia Dinh Water Supply Joint Stock Company (GDW) announced plans to gather shareholder feedback via written ballot regarding the dismissal and supplementary election of Board of Directors members for the 2022-2027 term. This decision follows a proposal from Saigon Water Supply Corporation One-Member Limited Liability Company, the majority shareholder with 51.21% of charter capital, to replace a current board member.

The proposal includes the dismissal of Ms. Nguyen Thi Bao Chau from her position as a board member and the election of Ms. Phan My Hoa as a new member for the remainder of the 2022-2027 term. Ms. Phan My Hoa, who currently serves as the head of internal audit for Saigon Water Supply Corporation One-Member Limited Liability Company, is nominated as the capital representative for the parent company.
