PV Power Services calls EGM on December 25 for board changes

Petrovietnam Power Services Joint Stock Company (PV Power Services) has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) for 9:00 AM on Thursday, December 25, 2025, at the HH3 Building, My Dinh Urban Area, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi. Shareholders must confirm their attendance or delegate voting rights by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, December 23, 2025.

The EGM's primary agenda includes resolutions regarding the dismissal and appointment of new members to the board of directors, as well as the election of the company's chairman of the board. Eligible attendees are shareholders on record with Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) or their authorized representatives. Attendees are required to bring their meeting invitation, valid ID or passport, and a power of attorney if attending by proxy.
