Independent board member resigns from Bao Viet Securities

Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (BVSC) announced on December 10, 2025, the receipt of a resignation letter from Mr. Bui Quang Vu, an independent member of its board of directors. The resignation, submitted by Mr. Vu, is effective December 9, 2025. This decision was formally approved by the board of directors via Resolution No. 46/2025/NQ-HĐQT, signed on December 10, 2025.

Mr. Vu, who has served on the board, expressed gratitude for the cooperation received during his tenure from the board of directors, supervisory board, executive board, and employees. The company's board of directors will report Mr. Vu's resignation to the nearest General Meeting of Shareholders. The resolution came into effect on the signing date.
