HocMon Trade announces board member resignation

Nguyen Tran Trong Nghia, born in 1966, has submitted his resignation as a member of the board of directors of HocMon Trade JSC, effective from January 6, 2026. Nghia, who has served as a board member for the 2022-2027 term and also as chairman, cited the need for personnel rearrangement within Ben Thanh Corporation as the reason for his departure. His resignation will be presented for approval at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (Hotraco) scheduled for January 6, 2026.

Nghia expressed gratitude to shareholders for their trust and support, and to the supervisory board, fellow board members, and company management for their cooperation during his tenure. He also extended best wishes for the company's continued stability and development. The company is expected to elect a replacement for Nghia following the approval of his resignation.
