PetroVietnam Packaging caps foreign ownership at 49%

PetroVietnam Packaging Joint Stock Company (PPC) has set its maximum foreign ownership ratio at 49%. This decision, effective from December 1, 2025, follows Official Letter No. 8236/UBCK-PTTT from the State Securities Commission. The announcement was made via the company's website on December 8, 2025.

The State Securities Commission has directed PPC to adhere to disclosure requirements under Circulars 96/2020/TT-BTC, 68/2024/TT-BTC, and 18/2025/TT-BTC. The Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation is also instructed to update and adjust the foreign ownership limit on its system in line with Decree 155/2020/ND-CP, as amended by Decree 245/2025/ND-CP.
