HUDLAND appoints new acting chief accountant, re-organizes leadership

HUDLAND Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (HUDLAND) has announced a personnel change in its accounting department, effective December 6, 2025. Nguyen Hong Nhung, formerly deputy head of the accounting department, has been appointed as the person in charge of accounting for the company.

This appointment follows Resolution No. 2954/QĐ-HUDLAND dated December 5, 2025. Concurrently, Le Quoc Chung, who served as the chief accountant, will cease to hold the position as of December 6, 2025, following Resolution No. 1794/QĐ-HĐQT dated December 5, 2025. Chung is responsible for handing over all relevant work, documents, and assets to the new appointee and other designated personnel.

The decision for these personnel changes was made by the board of directors, with the aim of completing the re-organization of the chief accountant position. Nguyen Hong Nhung will assume the responsibilities and rights of the chief accountant as stipulated by the company's financial regulations, charter, internal regulations, and relevant legal provisions.
