Dongnai Paint fined nearly 500 million VND for tax violations

Dongnai Paint Corporation announced on November 21, 2025, that it received Decision 2585/QD-XPHC-DON from the Dong Nai Tax Department. This decision imposes an administrative penalty of 499,507,478 VND for tax violations.

The penalty stems from the retroactive collection of Value Added Tax (VAT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), fines, and late payment interest. The company stated this information was published on its website on November 20, 2025.

Dongnai Paint Corporation affirmed that all disclosed information is accurate. The announcement was signed by general director Nguyen Duc Nhien and Nguyen Van Linh, authorized for information disclosure.
