Vinacomin - Ha Tu Coal names new chairman, expands business scope

Vinacomin - Ha Tu Coal JSC (HNX:THT) announced the appointment of Vu Van Khan as the new chairman of its board of directors (BOD) for the 2022-2027 term. This follows the dismissal of Ngo The Phiet from the BOD. Shareholders, representing 66.82% of total voting shares, unanimously approved the leadership transition at an extraordinary general meeting on November 28, 2025.

In addition to the leadership change, the company's charter was amended to update its registered head office address and expand its business lines to include "Surveying and mapping activities." These changes align with administrative boundary adjustments and TKV's requirements. The board of directors and legal representatives are authorized to complete the necessary legal procedures.

These strategic adjustments aim to enhance the company's operational efficiency and compliance.
