Related parties boost Everest Securities holdings

HANOI – January 28, 2025 – Vietnam Value Investment Fund (VVIF2020), a related party to Everest Securities Joint Stock Company (EVS), has announced its registration to purchase 3,300,000 EVS shares. This transaction is anticipated to be valued at VND 33,000,000,000 and is scheduled to occur between December 4, 2025, and December 31, 2025. Following this acquisition, VVIF2020's total holdings will increase to 8,518,017 shares, representing 5.17% of the company's total shares.

Before this transaction, VVIF2020 held 5,218,017 shares, accounting for 3.17%. The fund's management, Viet Nam Tri Tue Fund Management Joint Stock Company, previously held 7,831,521 shares (4.75%) as a related party.

Additionally, internal figures, including Mr. Nguyen Hai Chau, chairman of the board of directors, currently holds 8,651,560 shares (5.25%), and Mr. Vu Manh Tien, board member, holds 16,000,000 shares (9.71%).
