PV Power Services to elect new board member after chairman retires

Petrovietnam Power Services JSC (PV Power Services) is preparing for an extraordinary general meeting in 2025, scheduled for December 25, to elect a new member to its board of directors. This election follows the retirement of the current chairman.

Shareholders or groups of shareholders holding at least 10% of the total common shares are eligible to nominate candidates for the board. The number of nominees allowed varies with the percentage of shares held, ranging from one candidate for 10-under 20% ownership to eight candidates for 80-under 90% ownership.

Applications for candidacy or nomination, including the application form, meeting minutes of shareholder groups, and a curriculum vitae, must be submitted by 5:00 PM on December 15, 2025. These documents should be sent to Ms. Tran Thi Mai Ngoc, corporate governance manager, at the company's headquarters in Hanoi or via email at ngocttm@pvps.vn.
