Petrolimex Petroleum Services fully divests Nghe Tinh Transportation and Service

Petrolimex Petroleum Services Corporation has reported the completion of a transaction involving the transfer of 3,280,587 shares of Petrolimex Nghe Tinh Transportation and Service Joint Stock Company (PTX). This transaction, conducted via a merger agreement, represents 51% of the charter capital previously held by Petrolimex Petroleum Services. The value of the transaction, based on par value, is VND 32,805,870,000.

Following the transaction, Petrolimex Petroleum Services no longer holds any shares in PTX, resulting in a 0% ownership stake. This divestment also means that Petrolimex Petroleum Services is no longer considered a related party of the insiders of Petrolimex Nghe Tinh Transportation and Service Joint Stock Company. The share transfer was executed outside the trading system of the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange and completed on November 21, 2025.
