Alpha Seven Group announces public share offering to fund expansion and debt repayment

Alpha Seven Group Joint Stock Company announced a public offering of 63,741,656 common shares at a price of VND 10,000 per share. This offering, approved by the State Securities Commission, aims to raise VND 637,416,560,000. Shareholders of record on the ex-right date will be entitled to purchase shares at a ratio of 10:6. The subscription period for existing shareholders is from December 19, 2025, to January 23, 2026.

The capital raised will primarily be used to acquire 17,650,000 shares (70.6% of the total shares) of BOT and BT Duc Long Dak Nong Joint Stock Company. Additionally, part of the proceeds will be invested in DLG Ansen Electronics Company Limited to repay outstanding loans to credit institutions.

The company, headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, operates in electricity generation, transportation, logistics, real estate, and industrial infrastructure development. EVS Securities Joint Stock Company will act as the offering consultant, with auditing by Chuan Viet Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd.
