Vinacomin Power appoints new board member, replacing Ngo The Phi

Vinacomin - Power Holding Corporation (DTK) announced the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2025, held on November 26, 2025. The meeting, which saw 12 shareholders representing 678,719,923 voting shares (99.41% of total voting shares) in attendance, approved the dismissal of Ngo The Phi as a board of directors member.

Following this, Pham Tuan Ngoc was elected as a new member of the board of directors for the second term (2021-2026). Ngoc, who serves as the authorized representative for the capital portion of Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV) at Vinacomin Power, secured 678,719,923 votes, representing 100% of the total voting shares present at the meeting.

The election took place via cumulative voting, with a unanimous decision from all attending shareholders. This leadership transition is effective immediately following the general meeting's approval on November 26, 2025.
