Nam Mu Hydropower announces 2024 cash dividend payment

Nam Mu Hydropower Joint Stock Company (HJS) announced on November 27, 2025, the record date for its third 2024 cash dividend payment. The company will distribute cash dividends at a rate of 5% per share, meaning each share will receive VND 500.

The last registration date for shareholders to be eligible for this dividend is December 16, 2025. The payment date for the dividend is set for December 23, 2025. Shareholders with deposited securities can claim their dividend through their respective depository members.

Shareholders holding undeposited securities are required to complete procedures to receive their dividend at the company's headquarters in Tan Thang Hamlet, Tan Quang Commune, Tuyen Quang Province, starting from December 23, 2025, during weekdays, by presenting their citizen identification. The announcement was signed by Mr. Tran Xuan Du, the authorized person for disclosure.
