Vimeco to boost capital with new share issuance

Vimeco JSC has announced a plan to issue 2,613,413 ordinary shares to increase its share capital, with a total value of VND 26,134,130,000 at par value. This issuance will be funded from the company's development investment fund, as recorded in its audited financial statements for 2024. The rights exercise ratio is set at 100:10, meaning shareholders will receive 10 new shares for every 100 shares held.

The new shares will be distributed to existing shareholders based on a record date of November 18, 2025. Any fractional shares resulting from the distribution will be rounded down to the nearest whole unit and subsequently canceled. This move will increase the company's total issued shares from 26,134,132 to 28,747,545 shares.
