Transportation and Trading Services to elect new board members after resignations

Transportation and Trading Services Joint Stock Company (TJC) announced plans to elect additional members to its board of directors and supervisory board for the remaining 2023-2028 term. This follows the resignations of Mr. Tran Trong Tam from the board of directors, effective November 3rd, 2025, and Ms. Vu Thi Hau from the supervisory board, effective September 9th, 2025. The company’s board of directors approved this process on November 10th, 2025, and is seeking shareholder approval by written opinion.

The company will elect one additional member to the board of directors and one additional member to the supervisory board. Candidates must meet specific criteria outlined in the Law on Enterprises No. 59/2020/QH14 and the company's Charter, including professional qualifications and independence from certain familial relationships with company management.

Eligible shareholders are invited to submit nomination and self-nomination dossiers for candidates by 10:00 a.m. on December 4th, 2025. Submissions can be made directly or via post to the company’s head office in Hai Phong or by email to phuong.hx@transco.com.vn. Required documents include application forms, curriculum vitae, information disclosure forms, and certified copies of identification and professional qualifications.
