Southern Educational Books expands business scope, amends charter

At an extraordinary general meeting held on November 25, 2025, Southern Educational Books and Equipment Joint Stock Company approved the addition of new business lines. These include "Other Education," "Sports and Recreation Education," "Arts and Culture Education," "Wholesale of other machinery, equipment and machine parts," and "Rental of other personal and household belongings." These additions received 40 votes in favor, representing 2,710,402 voting shares or 61.53% of total voting shares.

The company's shareholders also approved amendments and supplements to its charter, with 41 votes in favor, representing 2,715,402 voting shares or 61.64% of total voting shares. The resolutions, effective from the date of signing, reflect a strategic move to diversify business activities and update governance frameworks. The company's legal representative, Do Thi Mai Anh, and the chairman of the board, Nguyen Thanh Anh, signed off on these changes.
