Sunshine Group pledges key assets for subsidiary’s debt to VPBank

Sunshine Group (KSF) announced on November 26, 2025, that its board of directors has approved the collateralization of substantial assets to secure current and future debt obligations of Tai Phat Trading and Services Company to VPBank. This includes pledging 100% of the capital contribution, both future and existing, held by Sunshine Group in Dynamic Innovation Company Limited (DIC), a subsidiary.

Additionally, DIC will use its own assets as collateral for Tai Phat's obligations to VPBank, following the transfer of capital contributions in DIC from Smart Investment and Development JSC. These assets include all property rights arising from land plots B2, B3, and B4 in the residential project in Tan Phu ward (now Tan My ward), District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, owned by DIC.

Furthermore, Sunshine Sky Villa JSC, another Sunshine Group subsidiary, will pledge 100% of its future and existing capital contributions in DIC to secure Tai Phat's debt to VPBank.
