HEV gets green light from regulator for private share placement

The State Securities Commission (UBCKNN) has acknowledged receipt of Higher Educational and Vocational Book JSC’s (HEV) private placement registration dossier, including the registration document and supplementary materials dated in October and November 2025.

UBCKNN has indicated that the company and related parties must comply with regulations outlined in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law and Clause 1, Article 6 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP, as amended. UBCKNN has publicized the full receipt of the dossier on its website and advised the company to proceed with the share offering in accordance with Article 48 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP.
