CMH Vietnam Group lands power infrastructure contract for Thanh Hoa

CMH Vietnam Group JSC (CMS) has secured approval for a construction and handover contract for a medium-voltage power line project. The resolution was passed by the board of directors on November 25, 2025, and concerns the construction of a power line from the 110KV Thanh Hoa city substation to the Aeon Mall Thanh Hoa commercial center.

The project involves the construction, acceptance, and handover of the entire medium-voltage power supply line. The agreement is between Two-Member Limited Liability Company Mien Trung Nam Thanh Hoa and CMH Group.

The board of directors, general director, and relevant departments and divisions are tasked with implementing this resolution. The announcement was made public through the State Securities Commission's electronic information portal and the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
