Yen Bai agricultural products updates company charter

Yen Bai Joint Stock Forest Agricultural Products and Foodstuff Company (HNX:CAP) has officially announced the 17th amendment and supplementation of its company charter, effective from November 22, 2025. This comprehensive update, approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders, formalizes various aspects of the company's operations, governance, and financial structure.

Key changes include defining company capital, shareholder rights and obligations, and outlining procedures for general meetings. The charter also details the structure and responsibilities of the board of directors, the supervisory board, and the executive management.

The company's stated capital remains VND152,699,650,000, divided into 15,269,965 shares, each with a par value of VND10,000. These amendments solidify the company's commitment to transparent governance and effective management, ensuring alignment with current legal standards and enhancing shareholder value.
