Alpha Seven Group confirms 2024 stock dividend plan

Alpha Seven Group Joint Stock Company announced on November 24, 2025, that its board of directors confirmed the continuation of its share issuance plan for dividend payments for 2024. This action is consistent with resolutions issued on August 7, 2025, and approved by the general meeting of shareholders on June 1, 2025.

The company plans to issue a maximum of 10,623,609 shares, representing a 10% issuance ratio based on the 106,236,094 shares currently outstanding. The par value per share is VND 10,000, bringing the maximum value of the expected issuance to VND 106,236,090,000. The source of capital for this issuance is the undistributed after-tax profit as of December 31, 2024, as per the audited financial statements. Fractional shares will be cancelled.

The dividend shares will be issued to existing shareholders listed by the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation at the record date. These shares will not be restricted from transfer. The issuance is expected to occur in 2025, pending approval from the State Securities Commission, and will not alter the current foreign ownership limit of 49%.
