VIF divests entire stake in Vinafor Tay Nguyen

Viet Nam Forestry Corporation (VIF) announced on November 21, 2025, that it is no longer a shareholder of Vinafor Tay Nguyen Joint Stock Company. This follows the receipt of an official letter dated November 19, 2025, from Vinafor Tay Nguyen's board of directors, confirming the completion of the share transfer process. The transaction concludes VIF's ownership in Vinafor Tay Nguyen as of November 19, 2025.

The divestment involved the transfer of VIF's entire shareholding to the acquiring investor, Mr. Vu Van Luyen. Vinafor Tay Nguyen's board of directors officially acknowledged the completed share transfer agreement between VIF and Mr. Vu Van Luyen. Consequently, all rights and obligations previously held by VIF as a shareholder in Vinafor Tay Nguyen have been terminated.
