Tasco Investment boosts stake in DNP Holding to 27.8%

Tasco Investment LLC, a company related to DNP Holding JSC, announced the purchase of 39,136,983 shares of DNP Holding stock. This transaction, executed between October 21, 2025, and November 20, 2025, was conducted via negotiated trading on the stock exchange.

The total value of the executed transaction, calculated at par value, reached VND 391,369,830,000. Prior to this purchase, Tasco Investment LLC held no shares in DNP Holding. Following the transaction, the company now owns 39,136,983 shares, representing 27.8% of DNP Holding JSC's charter capital. The initial registration was for 91,633,650 shares, but the full amount was not completed due to "unfavorable market developments."
