PetroVietnam Packaging board approves related-party fertilizer deal

PetroVietnam Packaging Joint Stock Company (PPC) announced on November 21, 2025, the approval of a contract and transaction with a related party, Han-Viet Fertilizer Co., Ltd. (KVF). The transaction involves KVF supplying fertilizer to PPC, with an estimated value of 3,937,500,000 VND (excluding VAT). The expected implementation period for this transaction is December 2025.

The approval follows Resolution No. 20/NQ-PPC-HD from PPC’s board of directors, which allows for the contract and associated transaction with KVF.
