Gia Dinh Water sets record date for shareholder consultation, 2024 dividend

Gia Dinh Water Supply Joint Stock Company has set December 5, 2025, as the record date for shareholders to participate in a written consultation and receive the second dividend payment for 2024. The consultation will cover various topics, with each share granting one voting right, scheduled for December 2025 at the company's headquarters.

Shareholders will receive a cash dividend at a rate of 9.86%, equivalent to VND 986 per share, with the payment date scheduled for December 16, 2025. This dividend is part of the approved profit distribution plan for 2024, as outlined in Resolution No. 05/NQ-GĐ from May 8, 2025, by the General Meeting of Shareholders.

The company's nine-month performance in 2025, as reviewed by the board of directors, showed total water consumption of 41.292 million cubic meters, achieving 74.00% of its plan, and total revenue of VND 504.420 billion, reaching 73.69% of the plan. Pre-tax profit stood at VND 31.362 billion, representing 62.05% of the plan and a 2.98% increase over the same period in 2024.
