Cai Lay Veterinary announces new wholly-owned subsidiary, Cai Lay Veterinary Company Limited

Cai Lay Veterinary Pharmaceutical JSC has announced the establishment of a new subsidiary, Cai Lay Veterinary Company Limited, following the issuance of its Business Registration Certificate on November 20, 2025. The certificate was issued by the Department of Finance of Dong Thap Province. The subsidiary is officially registered with a charter capital of VND 50,000,000,000. Its headquarters are located at Quarter 1B, Cai Lay Ward, Dong Thap Province.

Cai Lay Veterinary Pharmaceutical JSC holds 100% ownership of the new subsidiary. The parent company's establishment decision was issued on July 30, 2025, also by the Department of Finance of Dong Thap Province. The legal representative for Cai Lay Veterinary Company Limited is Mr. Dao Manh Hoa, who serves as the chairman of the subsidiary.
