Tan Phu Viet Nam JSC completes share offering, raises VND 178bn

Tan Phu Viet Nam Joint Company (HNX:TPP) announced the successful conclusion of its 2025 public offering of shares. The company issued 20,000,000 shares at VND 10,000 per share, raising a total of VND 178,862,820,000. Existing shareholders subscribed for 17,886,282 shares, representing 89.43% of the total offering. The remaining 2,113,718 unsubscribed shares were canceled.

Following the offering, Tan Phu Viet Nam JSC’s charter capital will increase by VND 178,862,820,000, bringing its total charter capital to VND 628,862,820,000, divided into 62,886,282 shares. The company's board of directors approved the results on November 20, 2025, and confirmed the amendment to its charter.

The total net proceeds from the offering amounted to VND 178,599,370,000 after accounting for total expenses of VND 263,450,000. These expenses included fees for registration, consulting, shareholder list finalization, money transfer, information disclosure, and auditing. The capital structure now includes 471 domestic shareholders holding 62,799,176 shares and 5 foreign shareholders holding 87,106 shares.
