The State Securities Commission’s official dispatch, also dated November 20, 2025, in Hanoi, specifically stated that "The maximum foreign ownership ratio at Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company - Vinacomin is applied as 0%." This decision follows a notification from the company regarding its foreign ownership limit, which the State Securities Commission received on November 5, 2025.
