ECI Group announces key leadership resignations

ECI Group Joint Stock Company (ECI) announced on November 20, 2025, the approval of the relief of several key personnel from their positions. Dao Minh Anh will step down as a member of the supervisory board, while Le Thi Hong Nhung and Tran Manh Hung will resign as members of the board of directors (BOD).

The changes were formally disclosed through an information filing on the electronic information portal of the State Securities Commission and the Hanoi Stock Exchange. Tran Manh Hung’s resignation, effective November 20, 2025, was due to personal reasons, stating an inability to continue fulfilling his responsibilities as a board member. He submitted a resignation letter on November 19, 2025, requesting consideration and approval from the board of directors and the general meeting of shareholders.
