Son Ha board approves share issuance for capital contribution exchange

Son Ha Development of Renewable Energy Joint Stock Company announced that its board of directors approved the dossier for a share issuance aimed at exchanging capital contributions. The approved dossier includes the share issuance registration form dated November 18, 2025, the company's amended business registration certificate from September 2, 2025, and various financial reports. These include audited financial statements for 2024 and reviewed financial statements for the first seven months of 2025 for both Son Ha Development of Renewable Energy Joint Stock Company and Son Ha SSP Viet Nam One Member Limited Liability Company.

Additionally, the resolution incorporates a submission from the board of directors dated October 28, 2025, outlining the share issuance plan, and a commitment letter from the company dated November 18, 2025. This resolution is effective from the date of its signing.
