Ha Tu Coal names Bui Thanh Binh chief accountant

Ha Tu Coal Joint Stock Company – Vinacomin announced the appointment of Bui Thanh Binh as its new chief accountant, effective November 14, 2025. The decision, formalized by the board of directors, follows Resolution No. 121/NQ-VHTC and Decision No. 4239/QD-VHTC. Binh will serve a fixed term of five years. Prior to this appointment, he held the position of deputy head of the Accounting and Statistics Department, where he was responsible for accounting and finance affairs.

As chief accountant, Binh will receive a monthly salary of VND 15,773,000, corresponding to Salary Grade 1/2 under the TKV 08-N5 salary scale. This remuneration aligns with the company's established salary and wage system. The board of directors has tasked Binh with assuming all responsibilities, obligations, and authorities of the chief accountant as mandated by current laws.

Additionally, the board of directors approved the adjustment of the Department of Inspection – Legal Affairs – Internal Audit and Military Security (Department KB), effective November 14, 2025. The company will also implement a phased plan for relocating the Operation Office of Mining Unit 1 and the 35KV Power Station, part of the 2025 investment plan, with further details provided in Submission No. 3902/TTr-VHTC. These changes are intended to streamline operations and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
