PVChem announces leadership change: Vu Chi Cong steps down from concurrent role

Petrovietnam Chemical and Services Corporation (PVChem) announced that, effective November 14, 2025, Vu Chi Cong will cease his concurrent role as director of PVChem-CS Co., Ltd., while retaining his position as deputy general director of PVChem. This decision was formalized by the board of directors of PVChem on November 14, 2025, through Resolution No. 1196/NQ-PVChem, reflecting a strategic adjustment in the company's organizational responsibilities.

The change follows a proposal from the general director of PVChem, detailed in Official Letter No. 106/BTGĐ-DTH dated November 10, 2025. This proposal concerned personnel matters at PVChem-CS and included an accompanying Official Letter No. 646/PVChemCS-TH dated November 04, 2025, from the capital representative of PVChem at PVChem-CS, as well as a consolidated opinion form from the board of directors, No. 131/TK-HĐQT, dated November 11, 2025.

The general director, chief accountant, heads of departments/offices of the parent company (PVChem), the capital representative of PVChem at PVChem-CS, and Vu Chi Cong are responsible for implementing this decision. This ensures a smooth transition and continued operational efficiency within the organization.
