Bich Chi Food to distribute second cash dividend for 2025

Bich Chi Food Company has announced an advance cash dividend for the second installment of 2025, with a record date set for December 16, 2025. Shareholders will receive VND 1,200 per share, representing a 12% dividend rate based on the par value. The payment for this dividend is scheduled to begin on January 23, 2026.

This dividend distribution follows the company's strong performance in 2024, which saw total revenue of VND 773,292,152,622 and a pre-tax profit of VND 132,021,861,835. The annual general meeting in 2025 approved a total dividend of 30% of charter capital for 2024, comprising 18% in cash and 12% in shares.

The company also outlined its business plan for 2025, projecting total revenue between VND 700 billion and VND 800 billion, and after-tax profit ranging from VND 80 billion to VND 140 billion. The dividend for 2025 is expected to be between 20% and 30% of charter capital.
