SCG Construction Group's civil case suspended after plaintiff withdraws claims

SCG Construction Group Joint Stock Company (SCG) announced on November 14, 2025, that it received a decision to suspend the resolution of civil case No. 29/2025/QĐST-KDTM from the People's Court of District 6, Ho Chi Minh City, dated November 7, 2025. This decision follows a request from Viet Nhat Commercial Concrete Construction Co., Ltd. to withdraw all its claims in the lawsuit.

The suspended civil case, initially filed as No. 75/2024/TLST-KDTM on October 18, 2024, concerned a "Dispute over goods purchase and sale contract." The plaintiff in this case was Viet Nhat Commercial Concrete Construction Co., Ltd., with SCG and Sunshine Group Joint Stock Company listed as entities with related rights and obligations.

Consequently, the court has also ordered the reimbursement of VND 56,721,542 in advance court fees to Viet Nhat Commercial Concrete Construction Co., Ltd. This information has been publicly disclosed on SCG's website.
